Who can join in Advanced Diploma in Real Estate Brokerage/Agent (ADREB/A) program?
The Diploma or Advanced Diploma or Certification’s in Professional Real Estate Advanced Diploma program will be prepared to apply relevant skills to create a successful career in a variety of real estate industry positions in America, Europe, Africa, Asia and internationally though in some countries may require Real Estate Agent License. The program is designed by professionals and faculty with extensive, practical, industry experience. Along with relevant foundational theory, students are introduced to real-world settings and practical experiences that prepare them for ethical, professional service in a range of industry roles including real estate agents, brokers, appraisers, and property managers.

The real estate profession has expanded and offers one of the widest career selections in the business world today. Helping people buy and sell homes, office buildings, industrial property and corporation farmland, property management, land development, mortgage banking, urban planning, real estate counselling, appraisal and research are all aspects of a career in real estate. Real estate brokers and sales agents help clients buy, sell, and rent properties. Although brokers and agents do similar work, brokers are licensed to manage their own real estate businesses. Sales agents must work with a real estate broker.

Mode of Study: Home Based Study / Online Learning Sessions
A high school diploma or an associate degree (or global equivalent), Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate degree, or the global equivalent).
No special requirements or prerequisites are needed to take this course, but some extra skills using laptop/computer and internet, E-mail for communications will help.
The course duration will comprise 60 hours or 80 hours of self-study home based or lecture based delivery. The 60 or 80 hours will be delivered in 7 sessions online distance learning based on given course materials.
In addition to core course content, students have the choice of OPTIONAL SUBJECTS (One subject can be chosen)
